In a statement to mark International Children's Day, the United Nations International Children's Emergency Fund (UNICEF) said Israel is tangible breach of the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child.
The statement, issued on the 21st anniversary of the Geneva Convention to protect children's rights, criticized Israel's failure to uphold international law and honor its obligation to protect children.
The issue of child protection, the report noted, is divided between various Israeli government agencies, and there is no single body that deals with the matter properly.
The organization accused Israel of having no comprehensive strategy to protect the rights of the child and apply the international treaty; noting that Israel excludes the West Bank and Gaza Strip from the application of the Convention, even though they are Occupied Territories subjected to its military control.

Sadly there is organized abuse of children in the Palestinian Territories for political reasons. Children are regularly used to confront Israeli soldiers, carry and use bombs and participate in warfare against their will.
I would advise you to do your own research and form your own opinion. The very idea that the violence enacted by Palestinians is even remotely close to the violence enacted by Israel is complete fantasy, and the result of very succesful propoganda by the US-Israel ,combined with the security that white skin provides Israelis. Any serious research into this matter disoves instantly such claimes, as one realizes that this "conflilct" is between a military super power and civilians with no organized army or method of self defense. People that hold your opinion are an endangered spcies. You should really try and educate yourself before you and those like you inevitably go down on the wrong side of history. I would recommend you read "Gaza in Crisis" by Ilan Pappe and Noam Chomsky.
There should be no 'soldeirs' there, get out and let the children play.
